The famous successful local example in Pakistan is Savoure foods that it starts with a focus on only pulao kabab (a food recipe in rice) and become a benchmark for it. The proposed idea is that you have to cook biryani from your home, buy 3 carts with branding amounting 3.5 lac and placed them to famous supermarkets and a bike is needed for online delivery so this setup cost is estimated 5 lac rupees and 60000 rupees per Anum is expected from each cart. The idea is that the hygiene factor and good customer service is the crucial factor and according to one dish millionaire concept its success matters when the person makes this brand by making his biryani unique in every aspect i.e. taste presentation.
